Dagenham Dock
Size: 0.5 - 5 acre plots and 20,000 - 230,000 sq ft

Description: Dagenham Dock comprises 329 acres (133 hectares) of industrial land located in a major development corridor between the A13 and the river Thames. The area has existing glass, plastic and wood recycling facilities and has been identified as a prime location for redevelopment as a centre for environmental and recycling industries. Its proximity to the river and safeguarded wharves also provide the perfect conditions for river based operations. The Sustainable Industries Park, currently being developed by the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation, will offer both freehold and leasehold options for companies developing, manufacturing and distributing products such as hydrogen fuel cells, photovoltaic cells, wind turbines and recycling appliances.
Accessibility: Dagenham Dock has direct access onto the A13 express-way, via a new road bridge over the High Speed 1 rail link. Dagenham Dock mainline station is a two minute walk, providing services to Fenchurch Street in 20 minutes. By road, central London is 10 miles, the A406 North Circular three miles and the M25 six miles.
Amenities: Dagenham Dock has a number of river wharves and railheads which are available to use through agreement with operators.
White Hart Triangle

Description: The White Hart Triangle comprises in excess of 1 million sq ft (90,000 sq m) of new warehouse, distribution industrial and office units over 50 acres (20 hectares) of previously unused land in an established industrial area of south east London.
